Me, You and Culture

If you are are young, curious and ready to explore the world, then you are on the right way!

You are invited to participate in the project ”Me, you and Culture”, organised within the Erasmus + program. The aim of the project is to improve young people’s understanding and responsiveness to cultural diversity through promoting interaction and dialogue between youth that represent different cultures from different countries. During the project participants will learn about culture and communication both in a theoretical and in practical way.
The main objectives of the project are to:

1. Improve understanding of culture, stereotypes and prejudice – using critical thinking to assess information from mass media;
2. Explore non-formal education as a tool for learning;
3. Encourage the development of an interest to explore and understand cultures around the world;
4. Improve inter-personal skills (including English level);
5. Promote European values, voluntary work and openness to international experiences.
By participating in this project you will learn and or develop:

-Communication skills;
-Non-formal education methods;
-Skills in adapting your message to a specific target group;
-Project ideas;
-Motivation to be more involved in your community.

Participants: 30 participants from Moldova, Romania, Turkey, Spain, Italy
Target group: young people with few or no experience in E+
Age Group:
Language: The working language will be English

The youth exchange will take place in Medgidia, Constanța, Romania, from 26 of November, till 03 of December. Travel expenses, food, accommodation will be covered by the organizers.

Young people of 18-25 years old and with little or no previous Erasmus + experience are invited to apply!
